Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was the stage performer for The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her a degree cum laude in Theatre and Communication. She started her career in Los Angeles as a theater performer and choreographer, choreographing more than 20 musicals and plays. The most notable of these were The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. While continuing to study Improvisation in The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started landing roles on television and film. Kelly has an unique voice and her diminutive size allows her to play a variety of characters. Her most well-known role is her work as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the part of the villainous Samara on The Ring 2 but is also more commonly recognized as the bubbly bright receptionist of Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a series regular on TV the sitcom of Land The Exes between 2011 and 2015. She played Kelly as the paralegal by day, and a party hopper at night. In addition, she was Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling in ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. Her fame is based on the soprano singing voice she has in numerous animations. These include the cult show Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. The most recent appearance was as the dim and lovable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC popular comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet life that is quite quiet, having two kids who are younger than 5 years old. She loves to sew and write and volunteers in various school activities.
